Awasi Iguazu, located just 15 minutes from the world’s largest waterfalls, has 14 stand-alone villas plus a main lodge.

We stand out from the rest by providing each guest personalized services and experiences. Awasi is the only lodge in South America that assigns a private guide and vehicle per room. Thereby, we adapt all ourexcursions to our guests’ tastes and preferences, without them having to adapt to the needs of other guests.

LOCATION

Situated on the banks of the River Iguazú, our lodge is located just 15 minutes from the Iguazú Falls, one of South America’s most iconic destinations. We are a 20-minute drive from the International Airport of Puerto Iguazú (also known as Cataratas del Iguazú). It is also easy to arrive at Awasi from the Brazilian side: it takes roughly 35 minutes to travel by vehicle from Foz do Iguaçu International Airport to our lodge (depending on immigration), a transfer carried out by our private guides

Each program includes: – Lodging – Breakfast, lunch, appetizer and dinner. – Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. -Private Outings with bilingual guides. (Each Room is assigned a 4×4 vehicle with personal tour guide to customize all excursions). – Private transfers to and from Puero Iguazu and Foz de Iguazu.

Aarón Castillo Tellería is Head Chef at Awasi Iguazú, finds himself with a whole range of new flavours and ingredients to discover. A believer in combining traditional techniques with modern innovation, Aarón ultimately relies on fresh, local produce to create the most authentic dishes.

EXTRA NOTABLE FEATURES

• Awasi includes 1 full day excursion or 2 half day excursions per day during each day of the programs. Eachi Villa will be accompanied by an experienced private guide willing to share their knowledge of the place and his own experiences and they will be assigned their own vehicle.
